It seems as though more and more car manufacturers are focusing on what’s inside the car more than the outside nowadays. With technology moving as such a fast rate, plenty of automakers are hoping to be the biggest and the best with their in-car offerings. It looks like the 2021 Cadillac Escalade is going to prove that bigger really is better with their touchscreen.

Doubling Up
According to insiders, the 2021 Cadillac Escalade will have a massive infotainment screen, which could be double the size of the current 8-inch unit you’ll find in their cars already. This will put it head to head with the kind of panels and monitors you’d find in a Tesla. However, it’s not just the size that matters – it’s what you do with it that counts.
Getting An Upgrade
The unnamed source who spoke to Cadillac Society said that it wasn’t just improving the size of the touchscreen. It will have a rotary controller, like other Cadillac models, but the updated software will make this infotainment system far more intelligent. The center screen would allegedly be able to communicate with a newer and more sophisticated cluster of digital instruments that will be found in the 2021 Cadillac Escalade.

Little While To Wait
Of course, we’ve got a little while to wait before we can get our hands on one… The clue is in the name! There have been plenty of spy shots leaked over the last few weeks, showing that the 2021 Caddy will still be tough and chiseled looking… Just with far more technology inside!
At the moment, it’s not clear with the 2021 Cadillac Escalade will come with the new, huge touchscreen as standard or whether it will be an added extra. Either way, we can’t wait to see what they pull out of the bag.
