The only holdovers from the Ghost’s previous generation are the door-tucked umbrellas and the Spirit of Ecstasy hood ornament. Unlike previous models, which were built on the same platform as the F01 BMW 7 Series, this version sits on a skeleton called “the Architecture of Luxury”, the same used for the Cullinan and the new Phantom.
For this Ghost, the company went with a cleaner-looking shape and elegant design that whisper opulence instead of shouting about it. The designer removed all unnecessary lines for a more minimalist appearance that is more appealing to younger buyers, which is the vehicle’s main target group.
What Makes the 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost Special?

The automobile is equipped with well-padded leather seats and a Starlight headliner that can be arranged in any constellations of the buyer’s choice. The thin-rimmed steering wheel is perfectly positioned so drivers can rest their elbows on the armrests while driving.
Under the hood is a 563 horsepower 6.75 L twin-turbocharged V12 petrol engine with an 8-speed automobile transmission. The new Ghost has 627 lb-ft of torque, which offers drivers prompt and smooth acceleration at any speed.
While the 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost is described as a “post-opulence” vehicle by the company, there is nothing common or mundane about this impressive automobile that offers its owners the ultimate driving experience.
