However, Kim’s entourage later quashed the rumors by revealing that she had just stopped getting her BBL topped up. The Sun newspaper claimed a source told them, “Kim never had implants… it was a fat transfer into her butt.”
Simon Cowell
America’s Got Talent creator, Simon Cowell, has been part of the entertainment industry forever! But when the music and media mogul saw an old photo, he didn’t recognize himself. Worse, his son Eric was in hysterics. Was this the moment Simon realized he’d crossed the line?
Well, it seems so because soon after, Simon said, “Enough was enough. There is no filler in me now at all. Zero.” Now, he just needs to give that hair transplant back to that honey badger!
Sharon Osbourne
In 2021, former America’s Got Talent judge Sharon Osbourne had a facelift which, in her own words, left her looking horrendous after the five-hour surgery “like a cyclops” or one of those ancient Egyptian mummies they wrap in bandages. When she saw the results, she asked the surgeon, “Are you kidding? … All I need is a hunchback!”
Even Ozzy was shocked but promised to get her fixed no matter the cost. Sharon had corrective surgery, and she’s much happier with the results.
Giselle Bündchen
After nursing her two children, the Brazilian supermodel told People magazine, “Both of my kids enjoyed the left [side] more than the right.” So, Giselle had surgery to correct what she called her “smaller, uneven” chest.
However, in Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life, Bündchen wrote she immediately regretted the move: “When I woke up, I was like, ‘What have I done?’ I felt like I was living in a body I didn’t recognize.” So far, Giselle hasn’t reversed the procedure, but she still might.
Courteney Cox
Courteney Cox is so beautiful that she never needed plastic surgery in the first place. Yet, pushed on by her desire to “chase youthfulness,” she had facial fillers. She told New Beauty magazine, “You have no idea because it’s gradual until you go, ‘Oh [], this doesn’t look right.'” Apparently, looking in the mirror made her Scream!
After quite a lot of scrutiny about her new face from the media, her loved ones, and Friends, Courteney revealed that she had her facial fillers dissolved in 2017 for a more natural look.
Michael Jackson
Michael Jackson had many reasons for wanting cosmetic surgery. He had had the skin condition vitiligo and was badly burned filming a Pepsi commercial. But the main reason is that his terrible father, Joe Jackson, called him “Big Nose.”
The late singer also had a cleft chin procedure, bleached his skin, had Botox fillers, cheek implants, and lip augmentation. When his nose job went horribly wrong, he needed almost 100 corrective rhinoplasty surgeries, trying to fix previous botch jobs, ultimately ruining his entire face.
Amy Schumer
In 2022, a cosmetic surgeon implanted dermal fillers Inside Amy Schumer’s face to add volume and reduce fine lines. But instead of making her say, “I Feel Pretty,” the experience was a bit of a Trainwreck.
In a now-deleted Instagram post, the comedian said she instantly regretted the surgery and decided to reverse the procedure. Amy wrote, “I tried getting fillers. Turns out I was already full. Thank God you can dissolve them. I looked like #Malificent.”
Chrissy Teigen
In 2020, Chrissy Teigen revealed she’d had her implants removed. “They’ve been great to me for many years, but I’m just over it. I’d like to be able to zip a dress in my size, lay on my belly with pure comfort! No biggie! So don’t worry about me! All good.”
Chrissy continued, “I’ll still have [breasts]; they’ll just be pure fat. Which is all [it] is in the first place. A dumb, miraculous bag of fat.” After surgery, she woke up to a note from her kids reading, “Bye, B**bies!”
Victoria Beckham
Former Spice Girl and current fashionista Victoria Beckham, aka Mrs. David Beckham, spent most of her career denying she’d had cosmetic surgery. But Victoria actually decided to Spice Up Her Life by enhancing her assets in the late 1990s… just like Autotune enhanced her flat vocals!
In 2014, petite Posh Spice revealed she thought her bust size was Too Much, so she waved Goodbye to her implants. She told Allure magazine, “I think I may have purchased them [but] I don’t have them anymore.”
Blac Chyna
Recently, Blac Chyna revealed that she had the fillers in her cheeks, jawline, and lips dissolved. “Enough is enough. It all has to come out,” she explained. “Back to the baseline. Honestly, I’m just tired of the look, and it’s just not flattering; it’s not what I look like. It totally changed my face.”
And that’s not the only surgery she changed her mind about. The model, actress, and socialite also underwent procedures to reduce the size of her implants and remove the silicone injections from her derrière.
Kyle Richards
Now, most celebs reveal their reverse surgeries themselves, but not The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards. When she appeared on Bravo’s late-night talk show Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, the host made a right boob of himself!
Andy asked Kyle, “How’s the breast reduction working out?” Kyle sarcastically replied, “Oh, thank you for letting everyone know, Andy. Thank you!” Being friends, she had confided in Andy, but her reduction surgery was meant to be a secret. Epic fail.
Kylie Jenner
For years, Kylie Jenner swore she only used lip liner to enlarge her lips. But in 2015, she finally admitted she’d been having lip filler since she was 16. In Life With Kylie, She explained why: “I have really small lips, and it was like one of my first kisses, and a guy was like, ‘I didn’t think you would be a good kisser because you have such small lips.'”
So, after years of overlining and more filler, Kylie took to Instagram to tell the world that she had dissolved her lip filler.
Dolly Parton
While Dolly Parton’s most famous assets — “Country and Western” — are natural, she admitted in 2022: “My [breasts] are killing me. I’m getting too old to be carrying these jugs around! So, I have decided to undergo a [] reduction procedure and say goodbye to one of my most notable assets and iconic features.”
Doctors had warned Dolly of crippling pressure on her back and shoulders. And there was us thinking she made the decision in the bath while writing her’s and Kenny Rogers hit song, “Islands in the Stream”.
Kenny Rogers
Country music legend and Dolly’s bestie, Kenny Rogers, became “The Gambler” and gambled on a highly sought-after plastic surgeon to give him a brow lift and blepharoplasty to remove excess skin from the eyelids. The botched job left the founder of Asian chicken restaurant Kenny Rogers Roasters with permanently raised eyebrows, so he always looked shocked.
While it’s not been confirmed, Kenny more than likely had corrective surgery to try to fix the botched job. He appeared on various TV shows saying he regretted having cosmetic surgery.
Tara Reid
American Pie actress Tara Reid told Us magazine, “I got my breasts done for the first time because [they] were uneven. I was a 34-B, but the right one was always bigger than the left. [Then] I was on websites as having the ugliest [breast augmentation] in the world.”
She was so ashamed of the botch job that she had corrective surgery. When Tara appeared on The View, she said, “If I had to do it again, I never would have done it in the first place.”
Rhylee Gerber
Below Deck star Rhylee Gerber took to Instagram Stories in 2022 to say she had an “explant” after one of her implants ruptured, leaking toxins into her body. Before going under the knife, she wrote, “I’m so ready to start feeling 100 percent. I am tired of the random, sharp pains … and I’m tired of bloating for no [] reason.”
Rhylee later explained, “So glad the ruptured silicone implant is out. I had no idea it was ruptured but realize that’s likely why I had all the pains.”
Melanie Griffith
Melanie Griffith was famous for her over-plumped ‘trout pout’ but didn’t realize how much cosmetic surgery had changed her appearance until “people started saying, ‘Oh my God, what has she done?!'” She added, “I was so hurt I went to a different doctor, and he started dissolving all of this [] that this other woman doctor had put in. Hopefully, I look more normal now.”
Melanie GriffithBut that’s not the only removal Griffith underwent. Melanie also “bonfired her vanities” by having the name Antonio scrubbed from her heart-shaped tattoo after she divorced Antonio Banderas.
Danica Patrick
In 2014, former NASCAR race car driver Danica Patrick pimped her ride by having breast augmentation. Initially, she was happy with her customized body. But she soon started experiencing minor health issues that she couldn’t pinpoint: “I had cycle irregularity, gained more weight, my hair wasn’t looking healthy at all, and my face was a different shape.”
So, Danica had her implants removed and said that as soon as she woke up after surgery, her face had more color and fewer dark circles, she could breathe more easily, and she had bags more energy.
Khloé Kardashian
After years of public and media speculation over her ever-changing visage, Khloé Kardashian finally came clean in a 2016 episode of Kocktails With Khloé by disclosing, “My face was so [messed up] I had to go and get [my lip fillers] dissolved.”
Khloé admitted, “It did not work for me. I looked crazy, and I still think the effects are in there. I went to have it all dissolved like three times. It was a bummer, and now I’m afraid to do it again. I swear things are still in my face.”
Molly-Mae Hague
Molly-Mae Hague? Who she? Well, she’s an English social media influencer who recently revealed, “I don’t know what I’ve done to my face. I went from looking like a teenager to someone on Botched. I’ve never thought of myself as insecure, but I must have been to do that.”
Documenting her reverse surgery journey, the Love Island star ditched the lip filler, — which she’s had since she was 17 — and the composite bonding on her teeth. Then Molly made a video warning youngsters, “Please don’t make the same mistakes I did.”
Ashley Tisdale
In 2020, High School Musical triple threat Ashley Tisdale explained that she was experiencing minor health issues, possibly due to her breast enhancement surgery. Ashley explained on Instagram, “Prior to the surgery, I constantly felt my body was less than, and thought this change would make me feel more whole and more secure about myself. And for a short period of time, it did.”
She later stated, “Got my implants taken out a year ago, got pregnant, and now have natural [breasts]. Life is funny!”
Anna Faris
Actress Anna Faris has had breast surgery and lip injections in her upper lip. Regarding her lip enhancement, she explained, “I noticed a small difference, but no one else ever said anything. I kept wondering if anybody else even noticed.” But notice they did! When a friend told Anna that her lips were getting too big, she weaned herself off fillers.
Speaking of weaning, Anna has also been vocal about her enhancement, which she feels highly positive about, but said lip fillers were “definitely not the right choice” for her.
Gordon Ramsay
Gordon Ramsay always hated the worry lines on his furrowed brow. So, after his daughter Matilda tried stuffing coins into what Gordon’s mom called his “smile lines” and advice from Simon Cowell, the British celebrity chef finally got Botox injections. But when cheeky TV host Jonathon Ross showed Gordon a mock-up of what he’d look like when he’s old, he definitely regretted it!
Luckily, Chef Ramsay’s remorse only lasted a second or so. The mock-up was actually a photo of aging 1970s “Copacabana” singer and cosmetic surgery cautionary tale Barry Manilow!
Ayesha Curry
In 2019, gorgeous Canadian-American actress, mom, cookbook author, and TV personality Ayesha Curry opened up about the “rash decision” to have breast surgery after experiencing postpartum depression after giving birth to her and NBA star Steph Curry’s second child. The augmentation procedure was meant to lift her chest, but she ended up with “bigger [breasts] that I didn’t want.”
Ayesha quickly came to a brave decision. She had the implants removed and went on the record to say she “would never do anything like that again.”
Mena Suvari
In her heartbreaking coming-of-age memoir, The Great Peace, Mena Suvari admitted her breast augmentation was a distraction after working through her past trauma. The American Beauty wrote, “I would catch myself so many times realizing, ‘I have these bags in my chest.’ And I didn’t have that connection as to why I truly did it.”
After having her implants removed, Mena said she felt free to embrace herself and said, “I just felt like I got to this place in my life where I was like, I’m ready to just be me.”
Yolanda Hadid
In 2019, Dutch-American former model and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Hadid made a major revelation. She let slip she was finally living “free of breast implants, fillers, botox, extensions, and all the [stuff] I thought I needed in order to keep up with what society conditioned me to believe what [an attractive] woman should look like.”
Gigi, Bella, and Anwar’s mom had previously confessed she’d stopped getting Botox injections and dermal fillers because she has Lyme disease and was trying to find her “sustainable internal beauty.”
Chloe Lattanzi
Speaking to fans in an Instagram video in 2022, Olivia Newton-John’s daughter Chloe Lattanzi divulged she had removed the dermal fillers from her face. She said, “It’s an ongoing process. I’ve had the fillers removed from my face. When I had it done, I had body dysmorphia, so I had very low self-esteem.”
That low self-esteem saw her spend $550,000 on plastic surgery over the years. The singer explained she’d undergone two breast augmentations to correct a botched job when she was 18 but now plans to have her implants taken out.
Heidi Montag
More than a decade ago, Heidi Montag made headlines for having a crazy 10 cosmetic surgery procedures performed in a single day. The former MTV reality TV series The Hills star told People magazine, “I was in way over my head with the surgeries.” Referring to her size F implants, she added, “They were so heavy they were falling through the skin.”
Finally, Heidi saw sense, and had her implants removed, revealing in an all-time classic sentence, “I thought, ‘What do I need this big of breasts for?'”
Crystal Hefner
Playboy Playmate and the third Mrs. Hugh Hefner, Crystal Hefner, had her breast implants removed because they had been “slowly poisoning” her for eight years. After being diagnosed with toxic mold and Lyme disease, several people explained that her symptoms were very similar to Breast Implant Illness.
In 2022, Crystal acknowledged on Instagram, “I removed everything fake from my body and deleted all my old photos. I am more authentic and vulnerable and feel that I belong more to myself. I am mine.”
Megan McKenna
British TV personality and The Only Way Is Essex star Megan McKenna thought her lips were too big from filler. However, after she appeared on Celebrity X Factor, Megan decided to make her lips less fulsome. Seeing Simon Cowell in the flesh must have brought her to her senses!
Megan told Closer magazine, “I was obsessed with my lips and used to think, ‘They’re not big enough!’. Looking back, I’m totally embarrassed. I’d lost sight of what a normal face looked like.” She said it was “one of the best choices” she’d ever made.
Kayla Lochte
Former Playboy model, and swimmer Ryan Lochte’s wife, Kayla struggled for years with health problems, from eyesight and memory loss to depression, bladder issues, and swollen lymph nodes. After numerous tests, treatments, therapies, and medications, she finally discovered she probably had Breast Implant Illness.
So, in 2021, Lochte underwent surgery to remove the implants doctors suspected had been leaking inside her. Lochte immediately started to improve, and doctors noticed the dark circles under her eyes had vanished, and her skin tone instantly improved. “Which is just so crazy,” Kayla mused.
Tori Spelling
Actress and mom-of-five Tori Spelling spilled the beans about her implants in a 2011 interview with Good Morning America. The heiress to her father, Hollywood TV producer Aaron Spelling’s fortune, stated, “I got my [breasts] done in my early 20s, and if I had known it would or could possibly impact production of milk, I would never have had them done.”
After consulting a doctor, Tori eventually had her implants removed in 2014. She chronicled her journey on her reality show, True Tori.
Lisa Rinna
Actress Lisa Rinna improved her top lip with permanent filler. However, after a decade, the silicone started seeping through her lips, creating “hard and bumpy, like peas” scar tissue. The Melrose Place star explained, “I came to realize how painful these lips had become, psychologically.”
Beverly Hills plastic surgeon-to-the-stars Garth Fisher removed 30% of the damaged tissue and reshaped her lips to keep them plump. She now says she uses her unique look to make people feel uncomfortable.
Karen McDougal
Former model Karen McDougal improved her bust in 1996 to boost her self-esteem. However, within seven years, she began getting sick with thyroid and adrenal problems, plus getting severe allergies. But she told People magazine, “It took me 20 years to get poisoned.”
McDougal instantly felt better after the surgery, saying, “I still have to go through a detox process to get rid of all the toxins in my body, but it’s definitely an improvement. I feel like I can actually live and enjoy life now.”
Melissa Gilbert
After nursing her first son, actress Melissa Gilbert’s husband made negative comments about her chest. So, she divorced him! But his harsh remarks obviously hit a nerve, as she then had breast surgery. Twenty years later, the Little House on the Prairie star returned to nature by removing her implants in 2015, a decision she deems “one of the smartest things I’ve ever done.”
Melissa decided she wanted to grow old gracefully, and her new husband, Timothy Busfield, supported her all the way. Proof that not all men are evil!

In 2011, Glee actress Heather Morris vehemently denied she’d had surgery and swore to American Cheerleader magazine that her improved bust was down to wearing better bras. But months later, Heather fessed up to going under the knife.
She told Fitness magazine that her implants were too painful, especially when she exercised. She shared that “implants were something I thought I wanted when I was younger, and now I don’t. It hurt a lot, and I didn’t like being in pain — so they had to go!”
Gemma Collins
Now, if you’re not from the United Kingdom, you probably haven’t heard of Gemma Collins. She starred in the unintentionally hilarious reality TV show The Only Way Is Essex and became a beloved, down-to-earth personality. But recently, the larger-than-life, bubbly blonde bundle of fun opened up about her experience with cosmetic surgery.
Gemma blabbed, “I have tried Botox and filler, and I had it all dissolved. I can’t stand it. I was looking at myself thinking, ‘I just don’t look like me anymore,'” and admitted she’s focused on finding a more natural look.
Clare Crawley
TV personality Clare Crawley decided to remove her implants after experiencing numerous health concerns caused by the implants, including an elevated white blood cell count and “feeling broken down. Alone. Defeated.” So, The Bachelorette had breast reduction surgery in July 2021 and has never looked back.
Six months later, Clare posted on Instagram, “Making the empowering choice to remove my implants has been a 50/50 physical and mental process that words can’t describe … It really is more beautiful than I ever could have imagined!!”
Kourtney Kardashian
Kourtney once let the cat out of the bag on an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians by admitting she had undergone breast surgery. But by 2011, she seemed to have changed her mind. Kourtney told Showbiz Spy, “I had my [breasts] done, but if I could go back, I wouldn’t have done it. I was so cute before. And modest, too!
The eldest Kardashian sister admitted, “I’ve realized that I was made to look a certain way, and I’m considering removing them.”
Melissa Rycroft
In 2020, The Bachelor star Melissa Rycroft wrote on Instagram that she was “officially a member of the Itty Bitty [breast] Committee again!” After having her breast implants removed, sharing a photo of herself in the hospital along with the comment, “Implants are OUT.”
The former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader explained that after reconstructive surgery, one of her implants “refused to settle right (even after reconstruction),” so she showed it the door. Figuratively, not literally. Melissa explained, “My body was telling me it didn’t want these implants in!”
Nicole Kidman
In 2007, Nicole Kidman said she would never have plastic surgery, telling Marie Claire, “To be honest, I am completely natural. I take care of myself. I’m very proud to say that.” But as wrinkles appeared on her perfect, pale, porcelain skin, she went back on her word.
Fast forward to 2013, and the Big Little Liar told Italy’s La Repubblica newspaper, “I did try Botox, unfortunately, but I got out of it, and now I can finally move my face again!” In other words, Botox left her Eyes Wide Shut!
Mickey Rourke
One star who probably wishes they could reverse their cosmetic surgery is Mickey Rourke. Back in the late 1980s and early ’90s, the Rumblefish, 9½ Weeks, and Angel Heart actor was a dreamboat. But after his troubles with fame, fortune, and illicit substance dependencies, Mickey returned to boxing, where he broke his nose twice and snapped his cheekbone.
With his face now “appallingly disfigured,” the reconstruction surgery began, and it didn’t go well. By the time he appeared in Darren Aronofsky’s The Wrestler and Iron Man 2, he was unrecognizable.

In 2022, Cardi B took to Instagram to tell her followers and Girls Like You that she regretted getting a Brazilian Butt Lift. The beautiful, bold, and brash rapping and hustling New Yorker explained that she’d had 95% of her biopolymers removed.
Cardi wrote, “It was a really crazy process. All I’m going to say is if you’re young, 19, 20, or 21, and sometimes feel and think, OMG, I don’t have enough fat to put in my butt… DON’T!” And Cardi’s not our only star with a warning.
Pamela Anderson
In the 1990s, Pamela Anderson had the most famous enhanced assets in the world. Around the globe, teenage boys were literally glued to their TV screens as Baywatch’s beautiful buxom blonde bombshell ran along sunny Californian beaches in slow motion.
